Juice and beverage production at Naturio – from fruit to bottle
Each of our products goes through several key stages — from harvest to finished juice. Our production process follows HACCP principles and European quality standards to preserve natural values and ensure safety.

Selection and preparation of ingredients
We use ripe fruits and vegetables from local farms.
After careful sorting and washing, we combine them with other ingredients and purified water, ensuring proper proportions and consistent taste.

Processing and preparation for bottling
The juice is heated to 80–92°C to ensure safety and shelf life.
Depending on the recipe, we achieve uniform consistency and stability before directing it straight to bottling.

Bottling, sealing, and cooling
Juices and beverages are filled into bottles and immediately sealed.
After controlled cooling, products are packed and stored according to the FEFO principle to maintain maximum freshness.
